National Standard: Compliant with GB/T 9330-2008 (Plastic insulated control cables).

Product Structure and Material Characteristics

Conductor Materials: Conductors are made from high-purity electrical-grade copper to provide excellent conductivity. Depending on application needs, structures include rigid conductors for fixed installations and flexible conductors (such as KVV and KVVR models) for mobile scenarios.
Insulation Media: The insulation layer typically uses Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) or Cross-linked Polyethylene (XLPE), both of which offer reliable insulation resistance and high dielectric strength.
Versatile Shielding Designs: To address varying levels of electromagnetic interference, cables can be engineered with multiple shielding structures. Shielding options include copper wire braiding or copper tape wrapping, which effectively enhance anti-interference capabilities.
Protective Armor Layers: Depending on the operating environment, steel tape armor or steel wire armor can be added to the exterior to significantly increase resistance to pressure and mechanical damage.


Operating Characteristics & Performance Advantages

Rated Operating Voltage: The rated voltage ($U_0/U$) for this series is 450/750V.
Thermal and Operational Performance:
Maximum Continuous Operating Temperature: 70°C for PVC insulation and 90°C for XLPE insulation.
Short-Circuit Temperature: During a short circuit (maximum duration of 5s), the conductor temperature shall not exceed 160°C for PVC or 250°C for XLPE.
Installation Temperature: It is recommended that the ambient temperature during installation be no lower than 0°C to prevent damage to the insulation materials.
Precise Bending Radius Limits:
Unarmored Cables: Not less than 6 times the outer diameter for PVC insulation and 8 times for XLPE.
Armored or Copper Tape Screened Structure: The bending radius must be at least 12 times the cable's outer diameter.
Screened Flexible Cables: A bending radius of at least 6 times the outer diameter ensures flexibility in complex installation environments.
