The core structures of the products include mainstream types such as aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR, LGJ) and aluminum alloy stranded conductors (JL/LB1A). The conductors are made of high-conductivity aluminum-magnesium-silicon alloy wires or high-purity aluminum wires, combined with high-strength galvanized steel cores (for steel-core products), and manufactured through precision stranding processes. They feature high electrical conductivity, tensile strength, and stable sag performance, effectively reducing line losses.

The surface of the products is treated with anti-corrosion processes, providing strong weather resistance. They can withstand long-term outdoor exposure to sunlight and rain, alternating high and low temperatures, wind and sand erosion, and other harsh environments, with good resistance to oxidation and corrosion and a long service life.
