The electrical equipment cables produced by our company strictly comply with national standards and industry specifications such as GB/T 5023, JB/T 8734, and GB/T 9330, focusing on the core requirements of power transmission and signal transmission inside equipment, with precise and reliable quality. The conductors are made of 99.99% high-purity oxygen-free copper wires, processed through fine wire drawing, annealing softening, and bunching or concentric stranding processes, featuring conductivity, strong flexibility, and low resistance loss, meeting the complex internal wiring requirements of equipment.

The insulation layer is made of high-quality materials such as environmentally friendly polyvinyl chloride (PVC), cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), or fluoroplastics, formed through a precision extrusion process. It provides high insulation resistance, strong dielectric strength, and a wide temperature resistance range (-40°C to 125°C), effectively ensuring electrical safety. The outer sheath uses special polymer materials with properties such as wear resistance, oil resistance, and aging resistance. Some products are additionally equipped with a shielding layer, providing protection against electromagnetic interference and mechanical damage, and adapting to harsh operating environments of equipment.

The products cover voltage levels such as 450/750V, 300/500V, and 300/300V, and can also be manufactured according to International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standards, British standards, German standards, and American standards according to user requirements. The number of cores ranges from 1 core to 61 cores, with complete conductor size specifications and support for customized production. They can meet various installation requirements such as fixed installation, movable dragging, and bending wiring, and are widely used in industrial automation equipment, rail transit equipment, new energy machinery, instrumentation, control cabinets, medical equipment, as well as ships and mining machinery.

The entire production process implements refined control, from physical and chemical inspection of raw materials, online monitoring of each production process, to finished product testing including insulation resistance, voltage withstand performance, and mechanical strength, with strict control at every stage to ensure that each batch of products meets standard requirements, providing efficient, stable, and safe transmission solutions for various electrical equipment.
