Product Standards
The development and production of this series strictly adhere to the following technical specifications and standards to ensure full compliance with industry entry requirements:
Industry Standard: JB/T 10491-2022 (Cross-linked polyolefin insulated wires and cables with rated voltages up to and including 450/750V).
Enterprise Specification: Q/320282 GAD082-2022 (if applicable, please remove this line if not relevant).
Product Structure and Material Characteristics
High-Quality Conductor: Utilises high-purity electrical-grade annealed copper wire (or tinned copper wire). The DC resistance of the conductor is strictly controlled to ensure superior conductivity and minimise energy loss during operation.
XLPO Insulation Layer: Once cross-linked, the insulation material exhibits exceptional creep resistance, environmental stress cracking resistance (ESCR), and enhanced physical mechanical strength.
Scientifically Engineered Design: Across various models (such as WDZ-BYJ and WDZ-RYJR), the design prioritizes precise conductor arrangement and uniform insulation thickness to guarantee consistent electrical performance and long-term reliability.
Operating Characteristics & Performance Advantages
Multi-Level Thermal Ratings: The maximum continuous operating temperature of the conductor is available in four grades: 90°C, 105°C, 125°C, and 150°C, allowing for stable operation under diverse heat-load environments.
Optimised Bending Radius: The cables are engineered for high installation flexibility. For unarmored or shielded flexible cables, the allowable bending radius is not less than 6 times the cable's outer diameter.
Installation Requirements: It is recommended that the ambient temperature during installation be no lower than 0°C to maintain the mechanical integrity of the insulation layer.
Superior Insulation Stability: Under standard operating conditions, the product demonstrates exceptionally high insulation resistance and voltage endurance, significantly mitigating the risk of electrical failures.
Core Application Areas
Due to their excellent thermal and physical properties, this cable series is widely deployed in the following sectors:
Heat-Resistant Wiring Systems: Specifically designed for fixed wiring scenarios with high-temperature requirements, particularly where operating temperatures exceed 105°C.
Electrical and Electronic Connectivity: Widely used for both internal and external power transmission and signal connections in various electronic and electrical apparatus.
High-Standard Construction Projects: Thanks to its Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) properties, this series is the preferred choice for densely populated public areas, high-rise buildings, and industrial power distribution systems with rigorous fire safety standards.
