Technical Standards
The R&D and manufacturing processes strictly follow relevant technical specifications to ensure professional-grade protective performance:
* Enterprise Standards: Fully compliant with specialised technical requirements under Enterprise Standards.
Model Classification and Protection Focus
Based on different biological control needs, this series is divided into three categories, allowing customers to select the precise model for their specific site conditions:
* Termite Resistant Cable (FY-X): Offers exceptional long-term performance against termite damage. The specialized sheath material prevents termites from biting through or deters them upon contact.
* Rodent Resistant Cable (FSH-X): Specifically designed to counter the gnawing habits of rodents. It possesses extremely high mechanical strength and hardness to effectively prevent cable damage.
* Termite and Rodent Resistant Cable (FSY-X): A comprehensive protection solution that combines excellent termite and rodent resistance, suitable for areas with complex biological hazards.
*(Note: "X" represents the corresponding standard cable model and specification)*.
Structural Characteristics
* High-Standard Core Components: Features premium conductive cores (such as copper conductors) and high-performance insulation layers.
* Multi-Level Protective Structure: The internal design includes filling ropes, binding tapes, and an inner-sheath.
* Physical Reinforcement Layer: Typically, a Metal Protective Layer is designed above the inner-sheath to serve as a formidable physical barrier against rodent attacks.
* Specialised Functional Sheath: The outermost layer utilizes a specialised termite and rodent-resistant sheath. This material is characterised by high hardness, excellent resistance to environmental stress cracking, and chemical stability.
Operating Characteristics & Performance Advantages
* Wide Voltage Coverage: Available in specialised protective models across a broad range of rated voltages, from 300/300V low voltage up to 26/35kV medium-to-high voltage.
* Thermal Tolerance: The maximum continuous operating temperature of the conductor follows the standards of the base cable (e.g., 90°C for XLPE insulation).
* Robust Environmental Adaptability:
* The recommended ambient temperature for installation is not lower than 0°C to ensure the stability of the cable structure.
* When installed in environments above 0°C, construction can proceed directly without the need for preheating.
* Standardised Installation Redundancy: The allowable bending radius strictly adheres to industry standards for wires and cables, ensuring mechanical safety during the installation process.
Core Application Areas
This series is the preferred solution for power security in environments prone to biological infestation:
* Agriculture, Forestry, and Water Conservancy: Ideal for wiring in termite-prone forest areas, orchards, river levees, and associated power facilities.
* Urban and Rural Infrastructure: Widely utilized in underground pipe galleries, substations, and power grid renovations in old urban areas with severe rodent issues.
* Outdoor and Remote Stations: Critical for telecommunication base stations and railway signal systems that require extremely high operational reliability and are difficult to maintain frequently.
