Operating Characteristics & Performance Advantages
* Rated Voltage Level: The rated voltage ($U_0/U$) of the products is 21/35kV and 26/35kV.
* Thermal and Discharge Performance:
* The maximum long-term allowable operating temperature of the conductor is 90°C, and the instantaneous maximum temperature during a short circuit (max. duration 5s) can reach 250°C.
* Cables must pass 3.5 $U_0$ AC and DC voltage resistance tests to ensure the long-term reliability of the insulation structure.
* Strict Fire and Environmental Indicators:
* Low Smoke: The light transmittance of the halogen-free cable during combustion is not less than 60%.
* Halogen-Free: The total content of halogen acid gas produced during combustion does not exceed 5mg/g. The PH value of the evolved gas is not less than 4.3, and the conductivity is not more than 10μS/mm, ensuring safety during fire evacuation.
* Flexible Installation Requirements:
* The ambient temperature for installation should be no lower than 0°C (preheating is required if below this temperature).
* Scientific Bending Radius: For single-core cables, it is not less than 20D (unarmored) and 15D (armored); for multi-core cables, it is not less than 15D (unarmored) and 12D (armored), where D is the outer diameter of the cable.
