Product Standards
Our products are manufactured in strict accordance with national and international standards. Customization according to specific international requirements is also available:
National Standard: GB/T 5023-2008 (PVC insulated cables of rated voltages up to and including 450/750V).
Industry Standard: JB/T 8734-2016 (PVC insulated cables, wires, and flexible cords of rated voltages up to and including 450/750V).
International Compatibility: Production can be tailored to meet IEC, BS, DIN, and ICEA standards.
Structural and Material Features
We prioritize high-quality raw materials and precision engineering to ensure product integrity:
High-Purity Conductor: Utilizes premium electrical-grade annealed copper (or aluminum), offering extremely low DC resistance and superior conductivity to minimize energy loss during transmission.
Premium Insulation: The core is encased in high-performance Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), providing excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, oils, and moisture.
Optimized Structural Integrity: For multi-core or sheathed cables, scientifically formulated filler materials and specialized binding tapes are used to ensure the cable's roundness and mechanical strength, enhancing overall protection.
Operating Characteristics & Performance Advantages
Multi-Level Thermal Resistance: The maximum continuous operating temperature for the conductor is typically 70°C. For high-demand applications, specific IEC models (e.g., 60227 IEC 07/08) can withstand environments up to 90°C.
Superior Bending Flexibility: The cables exhibit excellent mechanical toughness. For cables with an outer diameter (D) of 25mm or less, the bending radius can be as small as 4D; for larger diameters (D > 25mm), the radius is maintained at 6D, facilitating efficient installation in complex spaces.
Environmental Adaptability: Cables can be installed directly at ambient temperatures no lower than 0°C without pre-heating, ensuring construction efficiency even in challenging climates.
Core Applications
This versatile product range is designed to meet precision wiring needs across various scenarios:
Power System Wiring: Primarily used for the fixed installation of power systems with a rated voltage of 450/750V and below.
Building and Industrial Fixed Wiring: Suitable for internal connections in buildings, control cabinets, and switchgear.
Flexible Connection Scenarios: Specifically designed flexible cord solutions (e.g., RVV, RV) are available for electrical appliances requiring frequent movement or bending.
