To ensure survivability under rigorous conditions involving direct flame, mechanical impact, and water spray, this product strictly complies with multiple domestic and international authoritative standards:
*   Enterprise and Industry Access: Manufactured according to specialized enterprise standard Q/320282 GAD085.
*   Fire Resistance Integrity: Meets the testing requirements for maintaining circuit integrity under flame conditions as specified in national standards GB/T 12706.1 and GB/T 19216.21.
*   International Recognition: Successfully passed the British standard BS 6387 (*Performance requirements for cables required to maintain circuit integrity under fire conditions*). This certification covers comprehensive assessments for fire resistance (C), fire with water (W), and fire with mechanical shock (Z).


Material Structure and Performance Advantages

1.  High-Conductivity Carrier: The conductor uses high-purity electrical copper, ensuring low-loss power transmission.
2.  Core Mineral Insulation: The interior is filled with high-performance composite mineral insulation material, which does not support combustion or melt at high temperatures, maintaining stable electrical performance over extended periods.
3.  Flexible Protective Layer: Depending on the specific application and model (such as BTTRZ, BTLY, BBTRZ, etc.), the cable can be equipped with a copper sheath or a low-smoke zero-halogen (LSZH) polyolefin sheath. These provide mechanical protection while ensuring environmental friendliness. The materials offer high light transmittance during combustion, creating favorable conditions for fire evacuation.
4.  Anti-aging and Anti-corrosion: The integrated structure possesses excellent resistance to aging and corrosion, significantly extending the service life even in high-load environments.

*   Thermal Tolerance: The maximum continuous operating temperature of the conductor is rated at 90°C.
*   Environmental Adaptability: The cable can withstand installation environments as low as -20°C (with a recommended construction temperature of no less than 0°C) and maintains stable physical properties in extreme climates.
*   Installation Flexibility: 
*   For models equipped with a copper sheath, the allowable bending radius is not less than 20 times the cable's outer diameter.
*   For flexible models without a copper sheath, the bending radius can be reduced to 15 times the outer diameter, greatly simplifying wiring in confined spaces and complex corners.
